Training Classes

We offer customized training classes for select employees, executives or departments.  They are held off site to encourage a relaxed atmosphere and to elicit better participation.  These sessions are designed to bring teams together toward a common goal and are fun, informative and interesting.  Learning objectives are set in advance with teamwork being a necessary component of each class.  Team leaders can bring their issues to the table for discussions and feedback.  Trainees are encouraged to participate in role playing, games, discussions and brainstorming. Training classes last from two hours to a whole day and can be customized to your specifications based on the following modules. Power Point® presentations and facilitators are provided.
